Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but there was a slight issue with the promised credit for a jacuzzi tub. The location is excellent, offering a great experience along East 8th Street with access to downtown amenities. The dining was satisfactory with a variety of options. The facilities were up to standard.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room layout was a bit unusual, but overall nice with a separate area for the bed allowing for privacy. The view from my room on the 3rd floor at the end of the hall overlooking the river was simply stunning. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond by even having soup and hot chocolate available on a cold day. The location was fantastic, right by the Big Sioux River with easy access to downtown and local attractions. The dining options were great with a good variety to choose from. However, the dining area was a bit limited in terms of space for crowded times.
The hotel was great overall, but a disappointing experience with the jacuzzi not working as promised. The room was small for an 'executive king' room, missing some amenities. However, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The dining was crowded but okay, nothing special. The facilities were decent, with no standout features.
